When Poul Mark started Transcend in 2006, he knew he wanted to change the way we experience coffee. With this vision, he planted the seeds that would one day become the roastery, cafe and online business we are today.

Our coffee model allows us to establish meaningful relationships with coffee producers around the world and gives us access to some of the best coffee in the world in a genuinely sustainable way.
The Segovia Diamante is a perfect coffee if you lean more towards the Gateway / Argyll blend as a taste profile in the Transcend family of coffees, but want something a little more complex and light without going too fruit forward. Transcend used to have a coffee called Finca Potrero that also fit this flavor profile - if you liked that coffee, you will probably also like Segovia Diamante. I hope Transcend always roasts a line of beans in this flavor profile as it is a real sweet spot in the overall lineup.

We have been drinking Argyll Blend coffee for at least 3years straight, we try other blends from different companies and we always find ourselves coming back to this one because it tastes so smooth.
The filters work perfectly. They thankfully sit just slightly higher than the Kalita dripper I’m using them with which kept the process clean.
A stainless dipper was hard to find. I love that found one local, it works perfectly and I can finally throw away the plastic one I had and not think about chemical leaving for the plastic.
These beans make a rich dark brew with the flavours of dark chocolate,toffee and orange. I like dark chocolate so this coffee is for me. The toffee and orange flavours do make this somewhat lighter without taking away the dark rich flavor. If you like dark chocolate these beans maybe for you.
