How do I choose which coffee to buy?
Start with our flavour profiles, then watch our coffee tasting videos to hear how each coffee tastes in the cup. You can also choose Roaster’s Choice if you want us to pick for you.
Grind size & Brewing
Grind size is the biggest flavour lever. Use our guide to match your grinder setting to your brewer (and fix sour/bitter coffee fast).
Usually: grind finer(or increase contact time). If you’re already fine, use slightly hotter water or increase dose a touch.
Usually: grind coarser (or reduce contact time). If it’s still bitter, check water temperature and avoid over-extraction at the end of the brew.
A simple starting point is 1:16 (1g coffee to 16g water), then adjust to taste.
Do you have brew guides for my method?
Yes—espresso, drip, pour over, cold brew, and more.
Coffee Basics
Keep it sealed, cool, and dry. Avoid the fridge. If you’re not finishing a bag quickly, freezing in an airtight container is better than leaving it open.
Whole bean stays fresher longer. If you need ground, choose the grind that matches your brewer (see the Grinding Guide ).
