Can I pause or change my subscription?
Yes. You can log into your Transcend Coffee account anytime to change your grind size, bag size, number of bags, or delivery frequency, or to pause your subscription if you’ll be away.
How fresh is the coffee when it arrives?
We roast in small batches in Edmonton and ship as soon as possible after roasting. Most subscription orders are roasted and shipped within a few business days of your billing date so your coffee arrives fresh.
Can I subscribe to decaf or instant coffee?
Yes. We offer decaf coffee subscriptions, blend-specific subscriptions, and a Vamos instant coffee subscription so you can match your subscription to your routine.
Do I need special equipment for these coffees?
No. Our coffees are roasted to work well with any brewing method—espresso machine, drip, pour-over, French press, or even instant—so you can use whatever you have at home.
