Free Shipping

If your order is shipping anywhere within Canada and the total comes to $57.00 or more (before taxes), simply select "Free Shipping" as your shipping method when you're ready to checkout. (Same applies to Alberta with a total of $40.00)

Terms and Conditions for Free Shipping Offer

  • Cancelling items may affect your order's eligibility for free shipping.
  • The Free Shipping option must be selected as your shipping method during checkout in order to qualify for the offer.
  • Offer applies to deliveries within Canada only and may be subject to other shipping restrictions depending on the items ordered.
  • The Free Shipping offer may be used in conjunction with other promotions and coupons.

Delivery Time Expectations

Transcend Coffee ships all products ordered within three business days. Please note that all coffee is roasted daily as we aim to provide our valued customers with the freshest possible coffee.

Local Pick-up From Ritchie Market

Local pick-up orders will be available for collection within 3 business days of placing the order. Customers will be notified via email once the order is ready at Ritchie Market. Please collect orders within 2 weeks. Orders not picked up will be automatically refunded. 

US & International (Europe & UK) Shipping

We are happy to offer competitive shipping rates to our International customers. Orders shipping to European or United States addresses will ship via Canada Post, and a shipping rate will be quoted in the shipping stage at checkout. 

Minimum Orders

Transcend Coffee has a $10.00 minimum order on all Canadian shipments (not including shipping). There is a $30.00 minimum order on all international shipments (not including shipping). 

Shipping Method

We work hard to ship all orders within three business days of your order being placed. We use Canada Post Expedited as our preferred method of shipping all of our products. To obtain even faster shipping, please call us, and we will make other arrangements for you.


We accept Visa and Mastercard Credit cards through our secure on-line server. We are proud to meet the on-line security requirements of Paypal Canada's leading secure on-line payment provider. 

Refund and Returns Policy

At Transcend Coffee we work hard to source only the best equipment and coffee on the market. Whether you buy a brewer, an accessory or any of our coffees you can be sure that it is the best available in the market place.

As a result of our exceptional products, we at Transcend Coffee trust that you are happy with your purchase of coffee, brewing equipment, supplies and other coffee-related products from Transcend Coffee.

For all Technivorm Moccamaster parts, accessories and brewers, we offer a 30-day no-hassle return guarantee. If you believe the product is defective or it's simply not for you, we can do a full refund. No questions asked. Just email to get more information. 

If for some reason you are not happy with your coffee purchase, please email us or give us a call and we can send a different one or give you a refund if needed. 

We cannot offer "satisfaction guaranteed" on any of our items. We ask you to read all descriptions and make your purchase in good faith, meaning that you are not purchasing with the intention of returning: this is devastating to any small business like ours. Please email us with any comments, questions and complaints, as we are confident that we can work something out. Should you wish to return an item to us after discussing your concerns with our qualified staff, please note that you will be required to ship the item to us in its original package, free from water, at your own cost. We highly recommend insuring the shipment, as you will be responsible for the package until we receive it in good condition. Also note that should you wish to return an item after you have used it, you will be assessed a 25% restocking fee.

Please be aware that much of the equipment we sell is ONLY intended for home use. By using it for a purpose other than the one it was intended for; you most likely void the manufacturer's warranty. If equipment you purchase from Transcend Coffee fails prematurely please contact us.

Defective items must be returned with all original parts, accessories, manuals, etc., and must be re-packaged in the original retail display box. If any of these items are missing, you will be charged a 15% re-stocking fee. To return a defective item, you must contact us via phone or e-mail  to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number. You must ship returns via a courier or mail service that provides insurance and tracking. You must also provide Transcend Coffee with the tracking number.   If a returned item is lost or destroyed in transit, your account will not be credited for the return, and you will be responsible for obtaining reimbursement from the courier. 

Make sure you retain all original packaging, the machine is absolutely clean, and NO WATER is inside before shipping.

Please note: We cannot accept collect or postage-due return shipments and are not responsible for uninsured packages that are lost in transit. We strongly suggest that you insure your package.

Upon receipt of your returned merchandise in the above-described condition, we will promptly process it and credit your account or refund your money in the manner in which we received it.

Payment and cancellation policy

Please note that our e-commerce website processes your payment immediately upon submission. In other words, as soon as you submit your order, your Visa or Mastercard will be debited the amount indicated on your receipt.

Orders can be cancelled at no cost to you (within 24 hours of the purchase), provided the item has not yet shipped. Please call or e-mail us as soon as possible if you decide to cancel an order so that we can cancel shipment. Your credit card will be immediately credited when a cancelled item has not yet shipped.

If the item has shipped, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the merchandise to us. When returning a cancelled order, you must ship via a courier that provides tracking and provide us with the tracking number. If the item is lost or destroyed in transit, you will be charged for the item. Therefore, it is recommended that you purchase insurance from the courier so that you can be reimbursed for an item if it is lost or destroyed in transit.

For items that are cancelled after they are shipped, your account will not be credited until we receive the returned item in good condition. Cancelled orders that have shipped must be returned unopened.

For recurring coffee subscriptions, you will be charged on the same day of every month. If you wish to cancel your subscription, please do so before the next payment period. 


Our back-order policy

If we are out of stock on an item that you ordered - whether it is merchandise or coffee - or policy is to hold the order and contact the customer about the delay. You can then decide to make substitutions or delete an item - we will not ship partial orders. On coffee orders, we don't make substitutions since many customers spend a lot of time picking out coffee - and so we prefer to let customers know when something is out of stock and they can decide to replace it or delete it. On merchandise, we rely on our suppliers to tell us when an item ought to be back in stock - but we have no control over when it might actually arrive.

Manufacturers' warranties

Some specific products offered by Transcend Coffee are covered by a manufacturer's warranty. A copy of a specific warranty, where one is offered by a warrantor, will be included with the merchandise. Items covered by such a warranty may be returned to the manufacturer as indicated on the accompanying warranty card.

Transcend Coffee only provides warranty coverage on products purchased directly from its online store or retail locations and any item returned for warranty repair must be accompanied by an original receipt and be pre-approved for said repair by Transcend Coffee. Transcend Coffee as the Canadian distributor for Technivorm Moccamaster, also provides warranty coverage for any machine purchased from Canadian retailers supplied directly by Transcend Coffee. Transcend's warranty coverage does not include any products purchased from Pottery Barn or Williams and Sonoma, as both these retailers are supplied via the US distributor.
