Tarrazu Santos is a high-quality blend of coffee from three different producers in the Tarrazu region of Costa Rica. While the past few years have focused on single-origin coffees, we have discovered the value associated with some high-quality blenders. These coffees are slightly less unique but still possess all of the characteristics we appreciate in the coffees we select from Costa Rica.
Francisco Mena and the team at Exclusive Coffee with the producers from this region to assemble high-quality and value-driven offerings. The result is a distinctly Tarrazu flavour profile consisting of clean acidity, spice, brown sugar sweetness and juicy fruit.
