About Nicaragua Segovia Diamante
From the northern highlands of Nueva Segovia, Nicaragua, comes the Diamante lot — named after the Spanish word for “diamond.” This coffee is grown by smallholder farmers at elevations between 1,000 and 1,400 metres, where fertile soils and cool mountain air create the perfect conditions for cultivation. A blend of Catuai, Caturra, Maragogype, and Parainema varieties, it represents the balance of tradition and innovation that defines modern Nicaraguan coffee.
