Grown in the region of Huehuetenango, Guatemala, this lot is grown at an elevation of 1700-1900masl. Ixban is named after a small municipality found slightly farther north than Pedro Necta. The varieties are Bourbon, Caturra and Pache. It is a collection of small lots from 8 farmers who blend their coffee together to produce a meticulously curated and delectable micro-lot. Coffee is washed then patio dried. This coffee possesses juicy grape-like characteristics with subtle floral qualities.
